Set Your Communication Preferences
To change your preferences for a specific subscription option, select the appropriate link from the following list. Set your communications preferences to stop Amazon from sending you marketing emails and direct mail. We want to stay in touch but only in ways that you find helpful. Select from the options below and click Save when you are done.
Amazon App and Alexa
Open the Alexa app. Verify your mobile phone information and then grant permissions for calling and messaging. Then on the Account screen, look under the Email alerts, messages, and ads section in the middle.
